Happy with your accounting software? Keep it. Fritech ERP runs sales, purchasing, inventory, production, projects and service, and passes the financial transactions those operations create to the accounting system where your accountant works, so nothing is entered twice. Prefer one system? Fritech ERP has a complete general ledger of its own.
- Your accounting system: a transfer of financial transactions built by Fritech's team for your setup, in the direction or directions your process needs
- QuickBooks Online, in development: posted invoices will be sent to your QuickBooks Online company with the same numbers, customers, lines and sales tax. Not yet available.

Scan inbox for supplier bills
Built inDrop vendor invoices as PDF or photo; AI extraction with OCR fills a draft bill that a person reviews before anything is saved.
Bank files
Built inVendor payments export as NACHA ACH (US) or CPA 005 (Canada) files; bank statements import from CSV, OFX or QFX for reconciliation.
Exchange rates

How integrations work
Three documented ways in and out.
Outbound: webhooks
Fritech ERP tells other systems what happened. Subscribe a URL to document events; each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried with backoff, and can be test-sent from the Admin Center.
Inbound: API tokens
Other systems read and write custom-object records through a documented public endpoint, with a bearer token scoped to your company, shown once and revocable. A published procedure can also start from an inbound webhook URL.
Files and e-mail
Bank payment files out, statements and spreadsheets in, documents out from your own SMTP account with the PDF attached and a send history per document.

Fritech ERP is designed to connect with external platforms through modern APIs. If an integration you need does not already exist, Fritech develops it, provided the external system offers the necessary integration capabilities. Within the agreed integration scope, this is included at no additional cost: connecting your business systems should be a standard capability, not an expensive development project.
