The Fritech ERP subscription is priced per user. Under the standard subscription terms there are no charges based on transaction volume, database size, storage usage or individual modules, so the subscription does not climb as your business gets busier. Implementation and other services are scoped to your requirements and quoted separately.

Every quote has two parts: the software subscription, priced per user, and the services scoped to your project. Implementation services are scoped based on your business requirements and listed separately, so you can see what the subscription covers and what the project covers.
Software subscription, per user
- Every capability of Fritech ERP, including the customization engine, the AI Companion and analytics
- The Sales app for reps and the RF scanner app, installed from the browser
- Product updates and continuous improvement of the platform
Deployment, part of your quote
- Fritech cloud: hosting in secure, US-based data centres, with the backup policy described on the Security page
- On-premises: Fritech ERP on infrastructure you provide and operate, agreed with your IT team; the software subscription applies
Services, scoped to your requirements
- Initial implementation and configuration around your processes
- Data migration by Fritech's team from the files you provide
- Custom development for requirements that go beyond configuration
- Training for your team, online or on site
- Ongoing support after go-live
- Custom integrations, built by Fritech and included at no additional cost within the integration scope agreed in your quote
- Optional third-party services you choose to keep, such as an external accounting service, billed by their providers
Getting a quote
Prices are quoted, not published.
Because every quote depends on the number of users, the deployment model and the implementation scope, Fritech does not publish list prices. Request a demo and tell us roughly how many people will use the system and whether you prefer the cloud or your own servers; you receive a quote with the demo follow-up.
The quote states what the subscription covers and what the implementation and integration scope includes, so that there are no surprises later. Anything outside that scope is agreed before work starts. The subscription is governed by your order.

Implementation, data migration, custom development, training, ongoing support and the deployment model are scoped to your requirements and listed separately in the quote. Can we start with a few users and expand later?

Does Fritech ERP require expensive custom development?
Most common business requirements are supported out of the box.
For unique requirements, the built-in customization and automation engine lets us adapt workflows, create automations and extend functionality efficiently, using modern development technologies including AI.
This approach significantly reduces the time and cost typically associated with ERP customization.
Can Fritech ERP integrate with our existing software?
Yes. Fritech ERP supports integrations with external platforms through APIs.
If an integration you need does not exist yet, we develop it at no additional cost within the agreed integration scope, provided the external system offers the necessary integration capabilities.

Is Fritech ERP cloud-based, or can it be hosted on our own servers?

What training and ongoing support do you provide?
Fritech provides professional training and ongoing support delivered by experienced ERP specialists.
Most training and support sessions are held in online meetings, where our experts work directly with your team, answer questions and give hands-on guidance. When more is needed, our specialists visit your location for on-site training, implementation support and personalized assistance.
