Distribution

Stock that moves fast, with the paperwork that keeps up.

Distributors live on margins, expiry dates and reps on the road. Fritech ERP tracks every unit by warehouse, bin, lot and status, ships the oldest expiry first, takes orders on the rep's iPad with the customer's own prices, and turns each shipment into an invoice without re-keying.

Problems it solves

  • Orders taken by phone and re-keyed in the office
  • Expired or short-dated stock shipped by mistake
  • Stock counts that never match the books
  • Reps quoting prices that do not match the customer's agreement
  • Receivables that lag behind what shipped

Reps on the iPad

The customer's prices and stock, with or without Wi-Fi.

The Sales app holds the catalog, special prices, price lists and a stock snapshot on the device. Several carts can be open at once, the customer signs on screen, and the confirmation e-mail goes out from your own mail server.

Lots and expiry

Every lot with its dates, flagged before it expires.

Lots keep their manufactured and expiry dates from receipt onwards. The lots list flags what expires in 30 or 90 days, and allocation uses the oldest expiry first without anyone checking a date.

The lots list: lot numbers, manufactured and expiry dates and on-hand quantity per item, with badges on lots expiring in 2, 11 and 18 days
