Implementation and customization
What makes Fritech ERP different from traditional ERP systems?
Fritech ERP combines over 20 years of real-world ERP implementation experience with modern, flexible technology.
Instead of forcing a business to change its processes to fit rigid software, we adapt the system to the way it works, which means faster implementations, more automation and far less complexity.
The integrated platform and its built-in customization engine let us deliver tailored solutions without the long development cycles usually associated with ERP.
How long does it take to implement Fritech ERP?
Implementation timelines depend on the size and complexity of your business.
Thanks to the platform's architecture and development tools, many configurations, integrations and customizations that traditionally take months can be delivered in days or weeks.
Our goal is to get your business operational as quickly as possible while making sure the system meets your specific requirements. We do not promise a fixed timeline before we have seen your processes.
Do we need to change our business processes to use Fritech ERP?
Not necessarily. Our philosophy is that software should adapt to your business, not the other way around.
You describe how your business operates, and we configure Fritech ERP to support your workflows, while pointing out opportunities to simplify processes and remove unnecessary manual work.
Does Fritech ERP require expensive custom development?
Most common business requirements are supported out of the box.
For unique requirements, the built-in customization and automation engine lets us adapt workflows, create automations and extend functionality efficiently, using modern development technologies including AI.
This approach significantly reduces the time and cost typically associated with ERP customization.
How is Fritech able to implement and customize solutions so quickly?
Fritech ERP is powered by a flexible, built-in engine that lets us create automations, customize workflows and adapt system functionality using modern development technologies, including AI.
Most common requirements are supported out of the box. Where a business operates differently, virtually every part of Fritech ERP can be adapted to its needs without the long development cycles and high costs of traditional ERP customization.
Integrations and automation
Can we continue using our existing accounting software?
Yes. You do not need to replace your accounting system to benefit from Fritech ERP.
We build integrations that transfer financial transactions between the systems, reducing duplicate entry and keeping your financial data consistent. A connection to QuickBooks Online is in development: when released, it will send posted invoices to your QuickBooks Online company, while payments, receivables and sales-tax filing stay in QuickBooks. It is not available yet.
This lets you modernize your operations while keeping the accounting software your team and your accountant prefer. See Integrations.
Is Fritech affiliated with Intuit or QuickBooks?
No. Fritech is an independent software company, and Fritech ERP is not endorsed, certified or sponsored by Intuit. Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc.
The QuickBooks Online connection, when released, uses the interfaces Intuit publishes for third-party applications, and your QuickBooks administrator authorizes it and can revoke it at any time.
Can Fritech ERP integrate with our existing software?
Yes. Fritech ERP supports integrations with external platforms through APIs.
If an integration you need does not exist yet, we develop it at no additional cost within the agreed integration scope, provided the external system offers the necessary integration capabilities.
Our goal is to connect your existing business applications, automate data exchange and eliminate unnecessary manual processes.
How much manual work can Fritech ERP eliminate?
Our goal is to automate as much of your daily operations as possible.
From routine transactions and approvals to data synchronization and multi-step workflows, Fritech ERP helps minimize repetitive work, reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
The automation engine, combined with AI-powered tools, lets us identify and automate processes across departments, including sales, purchasing, warehouse operations and accounting.
Industry and data migration
Is Fritech ERP suitable for our industry?
Fritech ERP was created by professionals with over 20 years of experience implementing ERP solutions across a wide range of industries.
Its flexible architecture lets us configure the platform around different business models, operational requirements and industry-specific processes. Rather than forcing your business into predefined workflows, we adapt Fritech ERP to the way your organization operates. See Solutions.
Can you migrate data from our existing ERP system?
Yes. You decide what data you want to migrate and provide us with the files from your existing system.
Our team takes care of the rest: analysing your data, mapping it to Fritech ERP and handling the necessary conversions and transformations. Once you review and approve the mapping, we import your data.
There are no templates to fill in and no data conversion on your side: your part is choosing what to migrate, providing the files and approving the mapping.
Hosting and security
Is Fritech ERP cloud-based, or can it be hosted on our own servers?
Fritech ERP supports both cloud and on-premises deployment. The choice is yours.
Whether you prefer the flexibility of a cloud-hosted solution or the control of running Fritech ERP on your own infrastructure, we support both, and our team helps you choose and implement the model that fits your requirements, IT infrastructure and security policies. See Security and deployment.
How is our business data secured and backed up?
The Fritech ERP cloud is hosted in secure, US-based data centres, following industry-standard security practices. Access is controlled by roles and permissions, sign-in has a second factor, and every change is audited.
The database and your files are backed up every night and copied to independent off-site storage, where they are kept for 30 days.
Backup arrangements for on-premises deployments are agreed with your IT team as part of the implementation.
Where is our data stored, and who can access it?
In the Fritech cloud, your data is stored in US-based data centres. On-premises customers store their data on their own servers.
Inside the product, every record belongs to your company and is visible only to your users, according to the roles you assign. Fritech's administrators act only to operate and support the service, and such access is logged.
Pricing and scope
Can we start with a few users and expand later?
Yes. Fritech ERP is designed to grow with your business without complicated pricing or unexpected fees.
Start with a small team and add users whenever you need them. Under the standard subscription terms, Fritech ERP does not charge based on transaction volume, database size, storage usage or individual modules: pricing is per user. See Pricing.
What does the subscription include, and what is quoted separately?
The subscription covers the software: every capability of Fritech ERP, both mobile apps and product updates, priced per user with no transaction, database, storage or module fees under the standard terms.
Implementation, data migration, custom development, training, ongoing support and the deployment model are scoped to your requirements and listed separately in the quote. Integrations are built by Fritech and included at no additional cost within the integration scope agreed in the quote. See Pricing.
Training, scalability and mobile access
What training and ongoing support do you provide?
Fritech provides professional training and ongoing support delivered by experienced ERP specialists.
Most training and support sessions are held in online meetings, where our experts work directly with your team, answer questions and give hands-on guidance. When more is needed, our specialists visit your location for on-site training, implementation support and personalized assistance.
Does Fritech ERP support mobile devices and sales representatives?
Yes. The platform supports access from smartphones, tablets and industrial handheld devices, with applications designed for different roles.
The Sales app gives representatives their customers, catalog, prices and last-synced stock on an iPad or phone, and takes orders offline. The RF scanner app runs picking, putaway, counts, packing, shipping and QC on a handheld at the dock. Both install from the browser. See Mobile apps.
Continuous improvement
Can we request new features or customizations after implementation?
Yes. Your business does not stop evolving after implementation, and neither should your ERP.
As your processes, requirements and priorities change, you may need new workflows, additional automation, changes to existing functionality or entirely new features. Fritech ERP is designed with that flexibility at its core, and our team supports those changes, whether a small adjustment or a significant new requirement.
The product
Is the AI on this website real?
The Companion demonstration on this website is scripted: its answers are written in advance from the demo company's records, and nothing on the site connects to an AI service.
In the product, the AI Companion runs for signed-in users. It answers questions from live records with read-only tools, finds screens and settings, and drafts documents that a person reviews and approves. Nothing posts from chat, and the Companion is offered only the tools the user's role allows. See AI and automation.
How does supplier invoice scanning work?
In Payables, you drop a vendor invoice as a PDF or photo (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB each, up to 10 files per upload). AI extraction with OCR reads the document into a draft bill with the vendor, dates, lines and totals.
The extracted data is a proposal: a person reviews and edits it, and saving creates an unposted draft bill. Nothing posts to the ledger automatically. See Purchasing and payables.
Whose data is shown in the screenshots?
Every screen on this website comes from the product's own demo company, Harbor Foods, a fictional food distributor. The figures are demo data, not customer data.
See Fritech ERP on your own order, receipt and month-end.
Tell us how your business works. We come back with a few times to choose from, and the demo runs in the product on your scenarios, not a slide deck.
