We walk through your order, your receipt and your month-end in the product, not a slide deck, and answer questions about data, hosting and integrations.
Step 2: Your processes, described
You tell us how the business operates. We configure workflows, automations and customizations to match, and point out where manual work can be removed.
Step 3: Data migrated by our team
You choose what to migrate and hand over the files from your current system. We analyse, map and convert the data, you approve the mapping, and we import it.
Step 4: Training and go-live
Training by ERP specialists, mostly in online meetings and on site when needed. After go-live, support continues and new requirements are handled as changes, not projects.

You decide what data you want to migrate and provide the files from your existing system. Fritech's team analyses the data, maps it to Fritech ERP, and handles the conversions and transformations. Once you review and approve the mapping, we import it. There are no templates to fill in and no data conversion on your side: your part is choosing what to migrate, providing the files and approving the mapping.
A new company starts with a chart of accounts, tax codes, payment terms, document numbering and print templates already in place, so configuration begins from a working base. Self-service spreadsheet imports remain available afterwards for price lists, bills of materials, journals, projects and time entries.

What we need from your team.
Fritech manages the implementation: configuration, customization, integrations, migration and training. A successful project still needs a few things from you: someone who can answer process questions and make decisions, the files from your current system, a review of the migration mapping, time for your team's training sessions, and a run through your own scenarios before go-live.
That list is deliberately short. There are no templates to fill in, no scripts to write and no infrastructure to prepare for the cloud edition. For on-premises deployments, your IT team provides the servers agreed during planning.

What training and ongoing support do you provide?
Fritech provides professional training and ongoing support delivered by experienced ERP specialists.
Most training and support sessions are held in online meetings, where our experts work directly with your team, answer questions and give hands-on guidance. When more is needed, our specialists visit your location for on-site training, implementation support and personalized assistance.
Can we request new features or customizations after implementation?
Yes. Your business does not stop evolving after implementation, and neither should your ERP.
As your processes, requirements and priorities change, you may need new workflows, additional automation, changes to existing functionality or entirely new features. Fritech ERP is designed with that flexibility at its core, and our team supports those changes, whether a small adjustment or a significant new requirement.
